If you made a purchase in our store and want to exchange the product, see the accepted conditions and how to proceed according to your case.
1 – I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BUT I DIDN’T LIKE IT OR REGRET THE PURCHASE.
Okay, it happens. In this case, you will have 7 calendar days from the arrival of the product at your home to send an email to [email protected] and inform that you will make the exchange. The product must be in perfect condition and with the label attached. After communicating with us via email, you must send the product by post to the address shown on the label on the box. If you cannot find it, request it via email. Shipping is at your expense. When we receive the product, we will send you an email informing you and generating an exchange coupon for you to choose the new part on our website.
2 – I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT.
Take a picture. Send the photo by email to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the product arriving at your home, communicating what happened. After communicating with us via email, you must send the product by post to the address indicated in the box. If you cannot find it, request it via email. In this case, shipping is at our expense. When you receive the product, we will generate a coupon with credit for the value of the previous order for you to reorder, in which case you will not need to pay the shipping fee for this second shipment.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on Bazar OFF items.
